Selling Tickets to Your Event
Turn on paid or free tickets for one of your events.
Ticket money goes straight to your PTO's (or school's) own connected payment account — the same one your other payments already use. There's no separate setup for tickets specifically.
Before you start
Connect Stripe, PayPal, or a manual payment method first, from Payment Settings — you'll see a reminder on this page if nothing is connected yet.
Setting up a ticket
- From your event's page, click Sell Tickets.
- Give the ticket a Name (for example, "General Admission").
- Set the Price — use $0.00 for a free RSVP-style ticket; it will say "Claim Your Free Ticket" instead of "Buy" automatically.
- Choose Each Ticket Admits: 1 person (for example, just a child) or 2 people (child plus one adult). At checkout, the buyer enters who each ticket is actually for.
- Optionally set a Quantity Available — leave it blank for unlimited.
- Optionally set a Sales End date/time.
- Save.

Managing sales
The same page shows every purchase, how many tickets have been paid for, and your running total. You can pause sales at any time (hides the ticket from the event page without deleting your setup) or turn ticket sales off entirely.
