Renewing Your Listing Each School Year
Confirm or pay to keep your listing active for the new school year.
Each school year, every listing needs to be renewed to stay active in the directory — this confirms your business is still open and your information is still accurate.
Free or paid — it depends on the school/PTO
Whether renewal is free or has a fee, and how much, is set by whichever School or PTO manages that directory — not the same for every school. The renewal page always shows you exactly which applies before you do anything.
If it's free
- Open Renew for the listing.
- Review the confirmation — that your business is still operating and your listing info is still correct.
- Click Confirm & Renew.
If there's a fee
- Open Renew for the listing and review the amount shown for the school year.
- Choose Stripe, PayPal, or an available manual payment method, and pay.

A manual payment shows as "awaiting verification" until the School/PTO confirms it was actually received — everything else activates automatically. A business supporting more than one school renews against its Primary School (set on the business's own edit page).
