Responding to Reviews
How to see and respond to reviews left on your business listing.
Where to find this: Your business's own public listing page (while signed in as its owner) → the Reviews section.
Every review left on your listing can be responded to publicly, right from the same page visitors see.
- Open your business's public listing page.
- Scroll to Reviews.
- Under the review you want to respond to, click Respond.
- Write your response and save — it's a good place to thank a reviewer or address feedback.

You can edit or remove your response at any time from the same place. If a review seems fake, abusive, or otherwise against the rules, use Report on that review instead of just responding to it.
