Children & Student Data Privacy

School Circle Network is a community coordination platform, not a student information system. Parents may add a child name, school, grade, and teacher relationship to their own account for relevant forms and school features.

Who can see student information

A parent can manage their own children. A school or PTO leader may see information submitted to an organization form when that access is needed to review the submission. Student records are not published as a public directory.

Parent choices

Parents can update or archive child records in their account and can use the privacy request process for access or deletion questions.

School-provided data

Any separate school or district agreement must be reviewed on its own terms. This page does not claim that an agreement exists where none has been published.
