Building Custom Pages and a Page Menu
Publish standalone pages for your school and organize them into a menu.
/pages-manage for your school → Create Page; menu order via Manage Local Menu.Standalone Pages let you publish content that isn’t tied to a single tab — and, optionally, place it in your school’s own page menu.
Creating a page
- From your Pages list, click Create Page.
- Choose a Content Type — Text or Items List — this is locked in once the page is created.
- Fill in your Page Content (Text pages) or add items with Group/Title/Rich Text/Price/Link/Image/PDF fields (Items List pages), same as a custom tab.
- Under Page Settings, set the URL Slug (auto-filled from the title, editable), Navigation Label, Meta Description, Visibility (Public or School Members), and Status (Draft, Published, or Hidden — a Draft never appears in a menu even if you’ve placed it in one).
- Optionally turn on Show Event Calendar and choose whether it appears before or after your content.
- Choose Navigation Placement: No Menu, or Local Page Menu with an optional Parent Menu Item.
- Click Create Page (or Save Changes on an existing one).

Organizing the menu
Open Manage Local Menu to see and reorder everything currently placed in your school’s local page menu. From there you can add a Dropdown Group (a label-only container) or an External Link (Label + URL, with an optional parent), reorder items, hide/show them, or click Remove from Menu — removing a group promotes its children to the top level rather than deleting them.
A page itself doesn’t get added to the menu from this screen — that happens from the page’s own Navigation Placement setting above.
To delete a page entirely, open it and click Delete Page (with a confirmation).
