What Verification Documents Are Accepted
Examples of acceptable proof when claiming a School, School Network, or PTO page.
We just need something reasonable that shows your role at the organization you're claiming. Common examples:
- A staff directory listing or school website page showing your name and title
- A signed letter or email from a school/district official confirming your role
- A pay stub or employment letter (you can redact sensitive details like your pay amount)
- For a PTO officer, meeting minutes or bylaws listing current officers
If you're not sure what to submit, submit what you have and add a note — our Super Admins review each request individually rather than requiring one exact format.
