How to Claim Your School's Page
The process for becoming your school's verified manager.
Where to find this: Your school's page → look for a "Claim This School" or "I Work Here" option, usually near the top of the page.
Claiming your school makes you its verified manager, able to publish updates, manage staff, and handle institutional agreements.
- Find your school using the search box on the homepage.
- On your school's page, look for the claim/management request option.
- Choose the role you're requesting (for example, School Manager).
- Upload a verification document proving your role — see the related article for what's accepted.
- Submit your request.

What happens next
A Super Admin reviews your request, usually within a few business days. You'll be notified once it's approved or if more information is needed.
Approval notificationThe notification or email you receive once your request is approved.
Once approved, you'll see management tools appear on your school's page and in your account.
