Understanding Our Institutional Agreements
What our Terms of Service, Student Data Privacy Agreement, and Services Agreement each cover.
Depending on how your School or School Network uses the platform, you may be asked to review and sign one or more institutional agreements:
- Platform Terms of Service — the baseline terms every School or School Network agrees to.
- Student Data Privacy Agreement — governs how any student data is handled, and requires our own countersignature.
- School / School Network Services Agreement — the organizational services agreement, including coverage for School Network member Schools.
You can read the current text of any of these at any time from our Trust Center, whether or not you've signed one yet.
