Blocking or Reporting Someone in Messenger
How to stop unwanted messages or report a problem.
If you don't want to receive messages from someone, you can block them directly from the conversation — they won't be able to message you again.
Reporting a message
If a specific message violates our community guidelines, report it directly. Our moderation team reviews reported messages and can take action on the account that sent it.
Blocking and reporting are independent — you can do either one without the other.
