Creating and Tracking Coupons
Offer a discount to the school community and track redemptions.
Where to find this: My Businesses → open a listing → Promotions → Add Promotion.
A promotion is a coupon offer for a specific school's families, complete with a printable flyer and QR-code redemption.
- Give it a Title (for example, "20% off for Franklin families") and optional Details.
- Add an optional Coupon Code for anyone redeeming it online/by phone.
- Choose which School it's for — only schools you support are listed.
- Optionally tie it to a specific Fundraiser Event, or leave it as a general school-wide deal.
- Set an optional Start Date and End Date.
- Upload a Coupon Image (falls back to your logo on printed coupons if skipped), and optional Terms & Conditions shown in small print.
- Choose a Redemption Rule — "Reusable" never blocks a repeat scan; every other rule allows exactly one successful redemption per coupon.

How redemption works
When a customer presents their coupon (in person or by QR code), scanning or looking it up shows only what's needed to confirm it's valid — never the customer's personal account details. Only your business can mark a coupon as redeemed.
