Registering or Claiming a School Network
Start a brand-new School Network, or claim one that’s already listed.
/district-register (a brand-new network), or an unclaimed network’s own public page (Claim This Network).A "School Network" is our general term for a traditional school district, a charter network, a private school group, or any multi-school organization — there are two different ways to get your network onto the platform, depending on whether it’s already listed.
Registering a brand-new network
- Open Register Your Network.
- Fill in the School Network Name (required).
- Optionally add City, State, Website, Contact Email, and About Your Network.
- Click Register Network.
📷 ADD REGISTER NETWORK FORM IMAGE HERE The Register Your Network form — Name, City/State, Website, Contact Email, and About fields.
Your network starts pending: you can edit it and start adding schools right away, but it won’t appear in the public School Network Directory until a site admin approves it.
Claiming an existing, unclaimed network
If your network is already listed but nobody manages it yet, open its public page and look for Claim This Network.
- Add a short note under "Tell us who you are."
- Upload a Proof of Role file (an image or PDF) — this is required.
- Click Submit Claim Request.
A site admin reviews your claim, and your uploaded file is deleted once a decision is made either way — it’s never kept indefinitely. If you’ve already registered or claimed a network, you’ll be sent straight to its edit page instead of being able to start a second one.
