Adding Schools to Your Network
Bring an existing school into your network, or create a brand-new one.
Where to find this: Your network’s page → Schools tab → Add / Claim Schools.
A school belongs to only one School Network at a time, so this page covers both ways to bring one into yours.
Adding an existing school
- Search by school name or city under "Add an Existing School."
- Find the school in the results — only schools not already claimed by another network show up here.
- Click Add to My Network.
Creating a brand-new school
- Under "Create a New School," fill in the School Name (required).
- Optionally add City, State, and ZIP.
- Choose a Level: Elementary, Middle, High School, or Other.
- Click Create School.

A school created this way is automatically scoped to your network. Once a school is in your network, its own School Manager still runs its individual page day-to-day — see Editing Your School’s Page.
