How Payments Work (Stripe and PayPal)
What happens when you pay for a membership, donation, or paid feature.
All card and PayPal payments are completed directly on Stripe's or PayPal's own secure, hosted payment page — never on our own servers.
We never receive, see, or store your full card number or bank details. We only receive confirmation that payment succeeded (or was refunded) and the amount, so the relevant organization can keep accurate records and you can get a receipt.
