Adding your Business
Once you have Joined, you are able to create a listing and edit these details at any time.

Step 1 - Log In
Step 2 - Click Update your Details
Step 3 - Click Add a Listing
Step 4 - Complete all of the information required in the form.

At this point, you may wish to click on a few examples of current listings to help you structure yours. We encourage a healthy description of your Connection to the School Circle plus generous offers or promotions to the School Community.

Step 5 - Submit your listing request and an email confirmation will be received shortly thereafter. You will then be able to review your listing.

Your school will decide whether there is a fee to list your business, and if so, how much. This will be documented on your school's Listing Conditions page.
Adding your Events
Once you have Joined you can create an Event or Events in your Circle's Calendar.

Step 1 - Log-In
Step 2 - Click Update your Details
Step 3 - Click Add an Event
Step 4 - Complete all of the information required in the Event form.

At this point, you may wish to click on a few examples of current Event listings to help you structure your Event. We encourage a simple summary of the Event, time, age appropriateness (if relevant), cost (if any) and clear contact details. Add a picture or link to the Event website if available.

Step 5 - Submit your Event request and it will appear.

You will be able to edit your Event at any time and it will disappear automatically after the Event date.

It is FREE to add Events either under your business or your own name.
Adding your Notices
Once you have Joined you can create a Notice to display on the Circle Noticeboard:

Step 1 - Log-In
Step 2 - Click Update your Details
Step 3 - Click Add Notice
Step 4 - Complete all of the information required in the Notice form.

At this point, you may wish to click on a few examples of current Notices to help you structure your Notice. We encourage a simple summary of the Notice and entry into one of the relevant drop-down categories shown. Add a picture or link if available.

Step 5 - Submit your Notice request and it will appear.

You will be able to edit your Notice at any time and it will disappear automatically on the expiry date you select.

It is FREE to add Notice Listings.

Notices will be displayed with the corresponding Member Profile.
Updating your Member Profile
Once you have Joined, you are able to update and edit your Member Profile at anytime. This information is only viewable by Members of your School.

Step 1 - Log-In
Step 2 - Click Update your details
Step 3 - Update/edit the information required in the form

At this point, you may wish to click on a few examples of Member Profiles to help you structure yours. We encourage a rounded description of your involvement with the school to demonstrate the breadth and depth of the community in terms of skills and interests.

Step 4 - Click Submit

It is FREE to update your Member Profile.
